Czardas – cool improvised rhythm guitar lesson

In this lessons , we are going to learn ‘Cool rhythm guitar’ on Czardas by Vittrio monti

Originally this is a song for violin and when you play with fiddles , you won’t play solo(you could but unfortunately they are louder!!)   so it is very important to be able to play rhythm.

Usual rhythm guitar is simple but i arranged the backing guitar inspired by the guys from DC music school.

This is not easy at all but you will be able to play this if you keep practicing !

Also try to look at how he plays. in the gypsy jazz, we often play like this rhythm guitar when its too fast for ‘La pompe’

Improvised Backing Guitar

I modified some part but mostly it’s how he plays.

It’s like , you move your wrist left to right at intro to have fast stroke.

Rest of the song, mostly there is bass lines with chords played with special down picking.

This might take while to get used to it. take it easy!
